CONTINUOUS ENZYMATIC CONVERSION

HENAN’s Continuous Enzymatic Converters (CEC) are capable to convert all native starch types for use in:

• the paper industry for surface sizing and coating applications
• the food industry to produce malto-dextrins, maltose and glucose syrups

All of our control systems are based on Siemens TIA PORTAL software with HMI. On customer request we can base our control system on other software platforms. We supply conversion skids with a capacity up to 2500 kg/h bone dry starch.

Our unique reactor design ensures fully controlled starch degradation within 5 minutes resulting in a consistent starch solution viscosity at controlled solids. All our conversion installation run fully automatic.
