AccuFlow™ EP2/SP2 Press Fabric

The AccuFlow EP2/SP2 is a modular (2+2) construction that provides a high degree of void volume and compressibility. The MD yarn system utilizes single monofilament yarns for superior tensile strength and openness. The CD yarn system uses an optimized end count of single monofilament and cabled monofilament yarns which provide the ultimate in compressibility, resilency and batt fiber anchoring. The high base intensity of this design bridges the venting in the press rolls to eliminate shadow marking concerns. Endless or 4-Layer Single Seam Construction

Element™ ST Press Fabric

Element

The element ST is the first Intrisic 3 Layer Seam structure. It is a Hybrid construction utilizing a combination of a non-woven CD oriented base module between 2 layers of woven base modules. The directionality of the CD insert provides compressibility under pressure in the nip and resiliency on the exit side of the nip. The 3 layer design provides added void volume for increased dewatering potential as well as compaction resistance for higher loaded later presses. It can also be made as an endless construction.

ExPress™ Press Fabric

The ExPress is a totally Non-woven 3 Layer modular structure (1+1+1). The base modules utilize a cabled monofilament yarn system which provides a high level of compressibility, pressing uniformity as well as excellent batt anchoring. The non-woven structure provides immediate nip saturation for instant startup and high levels of nip dewatering. The multi-directionality of the base modules gives excellent dimensional stability as well as a compaction resistance for Steady State performance. Endless Construction

FlexFlow™ 2 Press Fabric

FlexFlow

The FlexFlow 2 is Double Layer version of the AccuFlow™ 2 designed for presses with lower water handling requirements. This product is a laminate 1+1 structure utilizing 2 single layer base modules. The MD yarn system utilizes single monofilament yarns for superior tensile strength and openness. The CD yarn system uses an optimized end count of single monofilament and cabled monofilaments yarns which provide the ultimate in compressibility, resiliency and batt fiber anchoring. The compressible base modules create mid-nip saturation for a quick startup/break-in as well as high dewatering rates with low flow resistance. The optimized yarn structure provides a high level of pressing uniformity for excellent sheet quality. Endless or Seam Construction

The AccuFlow is a modular (2+2) 4-layer construction that provides a high level of void volume and excellent resistance to compaction. The MD yarn system utilizes single monofilament yarns for superior tensile strength and openness. The CD yarn system uses an optimized end count with smaller single monofilament yarns which provide smaller yarn knuckles and excellent pressure uniformity. The high base caliper and high base weight ratio effectively bridges roll venting to eliminate shadow marking concerns. Available in two versions: 1) the industries’ highest void volume base - a heavy ultra-high void volume base with coarse MD and CD yarns, and 2) a lighter weight high void volume base with finer MD and CD yarns. Available in Endless or Seamed Construction

Element™ Press Fabrics Platform

The element is the first Intrinsic 3-Layer Seamed base design in the industry. It is a Patented Hybrid Design utilizing a combination of a unique non-woven CD oriented base module inserted between a top and bottom woven base module. The CD non-woven insert is made of single monofilament yarns and provides increased void volume under load and post nip resiliency. The 3-layer base design provides excellent compaction resistance and maintains low flow resistance in the nip. Available in two versions: 1) element DS – a heavier high void volume base design with a coarser “element” insert and 2) element STK – a lighter medium void volume base design with a finer “element” insert. Available in Endless or Seamed Construction

The Stylus Platform is a Double Layer incompressible base designed for presses with medium to lower water handling requirements. This product is a laminate 1+1 base structure utilizing 2 single layer modules. The MD yarn system utilizes single monofilament yarns for superior tensile strength and openness. The CD yarn system uses an optimized end count of single monofilament yarns which provide excellent compaction resistance, resiliency and batt fiber anchoring. The thinner incompressible base provides medium to low void volume. It allows quick mid-nip saturation for a quick break-in with low flow resistance. The optimized yarn structure provides a high level of pressing uniformity for excellent water removal and sheet quality. Available in two versions: 1) a heavier medium void volume base with coarser MD yarns, and 2) a lighter low void volume base with finer MD yarns. Available in Endless or Seamed Construction
